How do I ship my purchase as a gift to someone else?

Do I need a PayPal account to make my purchase?

No. Once you begin to checkout, you will have two options; 1) Use your credit card or checking account by clicking on the "Continue" link next to the question, "Do you have a PayPal account?", or 2) You can log in to your existing PayPal account to pay for your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! - We are now offering International Shipping to a number of countries that are listed upon checkout. All international parcels are shipped USPS Priority Mail International.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then send us your personal check. We will then hold your order for 3-business days allowing your check to clear before shipping your item.

Why can't I place my order by phone?

Two reasons; First, today's advanced internet security encryption has become in many cases more secure for credit card transactions than the telephone. Secondly, since we only sell one product, we've decided to reduce our costs instead of raising prices by replacing phone ordering with email correspondence.

What is the puzzle mat made of?

Our Puzzle Buddy mats are made with a stretchable synthetic felt, which provides a soft, yet durable base to hold and protect your puzzle pieces. The roll-up tube is made of a very strong fiber-core material to prevent collapse.

What method of shipping do you use?

All our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Day Domestic USA Delivery). For larger orders we may choose to ship via UPS Ground.

Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes. We offer a 30-Day guarantee on the material and functional value of all our Puzzle Buddies. If your Puzzle Buddy is found to be functionally defective, we will either replace it free of charge, or issue a full refund upon return. If you did not purchase insurance and your merchandise is damaged during shipping, then return shipping and replacement costs will be your responsibility.

Do you have a return policy if I no longer want or need it?

Yes. As long as you return it unused and in it's original new condition with your packing slip within 30 days. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund for your initial purchase minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Unused or non-defective merchandise in their original shipping cartons may be returned without charge by marking "Refused" on the carton given to your local carrier.
